Last updated: September 26, 2025

Welcome to NursingUSA.com (“NursingUSA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By creating an account or using NursingUSA, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

NursingUSA is a free online directory of hospitals in the United States, designed to help international nurses explore and filter hospitals that may fit their needs. We are currently based in Massachusetts.

2. Accounts

To use our hospital directory, you must create an account with your name, email, password, and country. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time. When you do, your profile information and favorites list will be permanently deleted. We may suspend or close accounts if users violate these Terms or misuse the site.

3. Using NursingUSA

NursingUSA is provided for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, or immigration advice. You may use our website to browse hospitals, save favorites, and contact our team through the contact page. You may not scrape, copy, resell, or otherwise misuse NursingUSA’s data. The hospital information we publish is publicly available, but our database and website design are protected by law. You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the site in any way.

4. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep our hospital directory up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate, complete, or current. Hospital information may change over time, and we rely on public sources that may contain errors. You should always verify information directly with hospitals before making decisions.

5. No Liability

NursingUSA is a free service. By using our site, you agree that:

  • NursingUSA is not responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided here.
  • We are not liable for negative outcomes such as job experiences, visa issues, or misunderstandings with hospitals.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to $0.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using NursingUSA, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disputes

If you have a dispute with NursingUSA:

  • You agree to try to resolve it with us informally first.
  • If that fails, the dispute will be handled through binding arbitration in Massachusetts under the laws of Massachusetts.
  • You waive the right to bring class actions or join claims with others.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we’ll post a notice on our website or email you. By continuing to use NursingUSA after changes go into effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

9. Contact Us
