Are there any exams that I have to pass in order to work in the United
States as a Registered Nurse?

Yes.  Nurses educated outside of the United States are required to pass the
NCLEX-RN exam and depending on where you were educated, an
approved English Proficiency Exam.*  In addition, depending on what state
you want to work in, you may have to also pass the CGFNS qualifying exam.

* Nurses educated in Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Ireland, New Zealand, United
Kingdom, and the United States are exempt from having to take the English proficiency
exams.
