Does it matter which state I write NCLEX-RN exam through?
Determining which state to write the exam through is dependant on a
variety of factors including where you received your basic education,
where you wish to work in the U.S. and if you have already passed the
CGFNS qualifying exam.
Please be aware that it may not be appropriate to write the exam through
the state in which you will ultimately work. Choosing the wrong state to
write the exam can cause unnecessary delays in the immigration and
