What are the requirements for sponsorship?
In order to be eligible for Green Card sponsorship by Nursing USA, you must
meet the following basic requirements:
• Two years recent experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Commit to employment in the U.S. for no less than 4,000 regular
employment hours
• Flexible as to your geographic work location
• Regularly work evenings, nights and weekends
• Float, as needed, to other units within areas of clinical competency
• Relocate to the U.S. within 30 days of receiving your visa
• Work as a direct patient caregiver in an acute care setting
