Compensation
Nursing USA offers competitive hourly rates that are based upon your work
experience, clinical area and the geographical location.

Accommodation
Nursing USA provides free, furnished accommodation during the first four
months of the commitment period.  

Medical/Dental and Term Life Insurance
Nursing USA pays 100% of the employee premium cost for group medical, dental
and term life insurance. Affordable dependent care coverage is also available.

Declining Insurance
An incentive of $70.00 per pay period will be awarded to you if you choose not to
participate in
Nursing USA's group medical and dental plans. Proof of alternate
coverage will be required.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Nursing USA realizes how important your financial future is to you and your family.
We want to help you save and feel secure as you look toward retirement with our
attractive 401(k) retirement savings plan.  
Nursing USA also provides a company
match with immediate vesting.

Overtime
Time-and-one-half, or on selected assignments, double the base hourly rate is
paid for all overtime hours worked, (typically hours worked in excess of 40 hours
per week).

Paid Holidays
Subject to individual assignment confirmation, we pay time-and-one-half the
base hourly rate for hours worked on New Year's Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Client
employer holidays may also be paid when applicable.

Flexible Contracting
We will negotiate with employers on your behalf to permit willing employees to
work overtime hours while on assignment.

Extra Work Hours
In addition to the hours worked on assignment at the primary employment
location, we can negotiate with area facilities for per-diem scheduling.

Referral Bonus Program
Nursing USA offers up to $1,000.00 bonus for each new referred RN colleague
who enters our green card sponsorship program.

No Cost Green Card
For eligible nurses, Nursing USA provides no cost green card sponsorship.  In
addition, we pay the legal fees for any dependents of the nurse.  Other filing fees
and incidental costs are the responsibility of the nurse.

Licensure
As part of our green card sponsorship program, Nursing USA will pay majority of
the costs associated with attaining your US state nursing license.

Examination Fees
As part of our green card sponsorship program, Nursing USA will pay a majority
of the costs associated with NCLEX-RN, CGFNS, and English Proficiency Exams.
